Would you like to learn Ballet-lates® in a bespoke setting, one plié at a time?
These 1-to-1 coachings will help you pirouette into your strongest self with a tailored Pilates warmup followed by a ballet barre, all custom-designed for you. Each sessions builds upon the one prior so that in a few short weeks you’ll be standing taller, feeling stronger, and moving through life with the grace and ease of a ballet dancer.
